SHIPPING POLICY
ODIN Works currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.
All serialized items, including firearms and regulated components, must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current FFL information before shipment can be completed.
Certain products may be restricted in specific states or local jurisdictions due to applicable laws and regulations. These restrictions can include, but are not limited to, firearms, suppressors, magazines, triggers, and other regulated components. ODIN Works reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot legally be fulfilled.
By purchasing from ODIN Works, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, transfer, possession, and use of any products ordered through this website. ODIN Works does not guarantee the legality of any product in the customer’s jurisdiction.

RETURN POLICY
WARRANTY INFORMATION
At ODIN Works, your satisfaction is our commitment. We firmly stand behind our products and craftsmanship, so if your ODIN Works product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it free of charge for the life of the part.
We feel that owning an ODIN Works product should allow you to achieve your maximum ability, and we strive to support your efforts in achieving this goal. All products manufactured or distributed by the ODIN Works are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. If a product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, or fails to function as intended under normal operating conditions, ODIN Works will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies for the usable life of the product and is valid regardless of the original purchaser or whether the product was transferred, resold, or otherwise acquired through a secondary owner. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, neglect, accident, normal wear and tear, or use with incompatible components or ammunition.
ODIN Works reserves the right to determine whether a product is covered under this warranty and to substitute comparable replacement parts or products when necessary.
